1. AI Content Disclaimer & Accuracy

AI-generated content is provided as a draft starting point only. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• All AI-generated narratives, defect identifications, severity ratings, repair cost estimates, and recommendations are suggestions only and may contain errors
• AI cannot replace the trained eye, professional judgment, and on-site observations of a licensed home inspector
• Users must independently verify all AI-generated content against their own on-site findings before including it in any report
• AI may not be aware of local building codes, regional construction practices, or recent code changes
• RepoDeck makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content

2. Inspector Liability & Final Authority

The licensed Home Inspector remains solely and exclusively liable for the content of any final report delivered to a client. By using this service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are a licensed professional responsible for reviewing, verifying, and modifying all content before use
• You have the final authority and final legal responsibility for all narratives, severity ratings, recommendations, and cost estimates included in your reports
• You will not include AI-generated content in a final report without first verifying it against your own professional observations
• Any claims, lawsuits, or complaints arising from your use of RepoDeck outputs are your sole responsibility

RepoDeck shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from errors in any report, whether or not AI-generated content was used.

3. Professional Use Only

This service is intended for licensed home inspection professionals. It is not intended for use by unlicensed homeowners for DIY inspections. All users must adhere to their local jurisdictional Standards of Practice (SOP), such as those defined by InterNACHI or ASHI.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepoDeck and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, incorrect defect identification, inaccurate cost estimates, or omissions in AI suggestions.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RepoDeck, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of AI-generated content in inspection reports
• Your failure to properly review, verify, or modify AI-generated suggestions
• Any claims by your clients or third parties related to the accuracy of your reports
• Your violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws and regulations

6. No Warranty

THE SERVICE AND ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RepoDeck DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
